Terms of use & Information


Customer information
The first time you shop with us, please fill in your customer data. The personal information you provide when ordering are kept confidential and never provided to third parties without your consent. You always have the right to take part of your registered information and if you want to delete the data, we may arranged it.
 It is important that you enter the correct email address as the order confirmation are sent there. You can always change your customer information by logging in and clicking on "Your Account"


Payment method
By credit card visa ore master card, Pay Pal bill or
divide the payment for customers from Sweden and Finlandia.

Pay by card
We use payment by Samport AB, a Swedish payment solution with maximum security. We at LinoLin can never get access to your bank account or card details.
Samport AB provides the following methods of payment, without fees for you: VISA and MASTERCARD.

Bill
You have 14 days for you to pay. A billing fee of 29 SEK will be added. In the event of late payment, a fee based reminder of the amount permitted by law, currently 50 SEK and default rate of 24% per year + current reference rate, will be sent to the customer. For questions concerning reminder fee / interest rates, contact Klarna. Simplified credit without knowledge copy is made and delivery is made only to the registered / registered address, in the purchase of 2000 SEK is customary credit. Share Up Payment
Through a collaboration with Klarna AB, we can offer you the ability to split your payment. You can purchase between 1 000 SEK and 50 000 SEK. You can have one or more on going credits. Klarna compiles them on a invoice monthly. Of course you can at any time of the tranche, pay the entire outstanding debt. When you choose to split the payment for your purchase and confirm your order, there is made an application for an interim payment. You will be immediately informed if your application is granted and we can process your order immediately. Should your application not be granted, you can go back to the checkout and select a different payment methods. Klarna Europe AB will send an account agreement to you. verify that the information is correct and singers contract and return the enclosed reply card.

3 months with 0% interest (posting fee 95 SEK)
6 months with 0% interest (posting fee 295 SEK)
12 months with 0% interest (posting fee 395 SEK)
24 months with 9.95% interest rate (design fee 295 SEK)
36 months with 9.95% interest rate (design fee 295 SEK)

Certificate 
You must have completed at least 18 years.
You must have a fixed annual income of at least 120 000 SEK
You must be a Finnish citizen
You may not have any economic complains. The effective interest in the purchase of 10 000 SEK with 0% interest in 12 months is 14.30%. Certificate
Acording to the law can not LinoLin orders to persons under 18 years.

Delivery
We send goods at least twice a week.. Our deliveries are managed by Schenker they are delivered within 3-7 days to a distribution point near you. If you have submitted your phone number you will recived a notification by SMS or they email you when the package arrived. If you for some reason not want your package to bee sent by Schenkler please let us know in the message box when you place an order.
 
We protect the environment and re-use some packages we send our goods in. If delivery can not be done because the goods are not in stock or if it is delayed for other reasons, a message on this will be sent to the client.

Shipping and delivery fee.
A shipping cost of 60 SEK will be added for shipping in Sweden. For shipping in Norden it will cost 170 SEK. Shipping all over the rest of the world cost 300 SEK.

Complaints
Would the product be damaged, or in some other way defective, if you received the wrong product, wrong number or the wrong color,  you should contact us immediately via e-mail or directly to any of our stores. Enter your order number. We replace the faulty product without any cost to you as soon as possible. In case of disputes, we follow The National Board for recommendations.

At the visible damage to the package, please report this directly to the post.


If you would change your mind
Consumer Protection applies when you shop with us, you have 14 days (valid from the date you receive your clothes). The product must be unused and undamaged. You should attach a copy of delivery note and receipt. We pay back the value of goods (excluding shipping and handling fee). Send the goods by parcel post and specify to which account you want your money deposited. Do not forget the bank routing number. Reimbursement is made within 30 days. Always contact us before sending back anything. We do not get out package without having agreed before and does not solve either the COD.


Business
If you buy through your business Consumer Protection is not applicable.

Other


Colors
There is no way for us to ensure that clothing colors are exactly reproduced. It depends on which computer you have and the settings that are made to it.
